Our Austrian network member Getzner Textil supplies special fabrics,
which also has a branch in Gera, Thuringia, produces multi-layer face masks together with Grabher Group, Bandex, Stickerei Hämmerle, Wolford and TECNOPLAST. WISTO and the Smart Textiles Platform took over the coordination. An example of network cooperation in action.
Special features:
- Inner and outer layer made of 100% densely woven cotton fabric by Getzner.
- Outer layer with hydro- and oleophobic (water and oil repellent) special finish using plasma technology.
- Inner side with hydrophilic finish and optimum wearing comfort.
The masks can be industrially washed several times. Up to 40 wash cycles are possible without losing the liquid-repellent function.
