Since InMotion2020 could not take place in April 2020 due to the Corona pandemic, we had planned a new "Smart Textiles International Conference" for 2021. Now virulogens and politicians are warning of the 3rd Corona wave and we have to realise that such an international conference with guests from all over the world is not feasible under the current conditions. We hope that we can make up for this event in 2022.
New technological developments and fields of application of smart textiles should be presented and discussed at InMotion2021. Current research results, best practice examples, workshops and discussions should provide you with new impulses and inspiration for your projects. We hope that we will be able to catch up with the conference in April 2022 with a focus on solution approaches for automotive, aeronautics and personal protective equipment.
Then, too, there will be a scientific and cultural programme as well as match-making, where you can use an online tool to select in advance the people you want to establish personal contact with at the conference. We are also organising a guided city walk through Weimar and a tour of the Bauhaus Museum, which opens in 2019, for the day before the conference. www.inmotion2021.com
