SEKT: Participate and gain information
Take part in the survey of the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences, which deals with experiences and the dissemination of Smart Textiles. How small can electronics still become, and can this miniaturised electronics be fused with textiles and clothing?
Many of these products are able to communicate with a smartphone or computer - but do they do so securely? This is one of many topics that the research project SEKT: IT Security of Electronic Communication Systems in Smart Textile Products addresses. The SEKT research project is carried out by a total of 14 partners, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and managed by the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences.
The Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences is currently interviewing end customers, dealers and manufacturers about their experiences and the dissemination of Smart Textiles.
